This new design includes greater protection from the elements including a 60% increase in brim area and 30% more protection (compared to current Broadbrim designs) and 300% more brim area than a standard peak cap.
 
The new TUFFGARD® BROADBRIM hard hat has a unique removable access tab to allow for cap attachable earmuffs.
These tabs can be parked in the rear of the hard hat to prevent loss.

All hats come with name and date sticker inside which is required on site and by Australian and UK law. They also have the date of manufacturer embossed into the hard hats shell as law requires in all countries.
This is NOT A STICKER so any future defects or cracks can be spotted as in accordance with Australian law. 
Each hat is completely unique and individually dipped, with printing done right here in Australia in our WA workshop.
After checkout, send your images to info@coolhardhats.com.au. (Please avoid using screenshot images) You will then receive a demo image for your approval prior to printing.
As each image is individual our designer will arrange the images in the best possible way suitable to hydrographics, we are unable to guarantee exact placement of the images.
Once approved, we will then print and manufacture your new hard hat within 7-10 working days. Delivery time will be additional.
